Madiwala is a very busy area, and there is always something happening right outside our door. We focus on building and development. Our workspace is quite small and filled with blueprints, old coffee mugs, and files. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, so we know the local shops and the people around here. It’s a practical place to work from. We are a private limited firm, which means we spend a good chunk of our time dealing with government rules and registration papers. It’s not the most exciting part of the job, but it has to be done. We don't have a big team of sales people. Usually, it's just a few of us trying to coordinate several things at once. The roads can get pretty crowded, especially when it rains, which makes getting to our project sites a bit of a challenge. We just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to sound corporate because we aren't. We are just a local business doing construction and land development. We try to be honest about the work and the time it takes.
