Our place, Jpatel Restaurants (Opc) Private Limited, is located right on the Main Road in Thubarahalli, over in the Whitefield area. Specifically, we are at 1 Bright Farms. If you know this part of Bangalore, you know how the traffic can be on the way to Varthur. It’s always moving and there’s always a bit of dust from the road. We are part of the Kumapalli area, and things are pretty fast-paced around here. We just focus on getting the food ready for the people who come in after a long day of work. The building is simple and we don’t spend much time on decorations or looking corporate. We’re mostly in the back handling the kitchen stuff. Sometimes the address gets written down in different ways, like Thubhrahalli or Whitefield, but we are right there by the main road. It’s a practical spot for a restaurant because people are always passing by on their way home. We see the same faces quite a bit. Running a business like this means we are usually on our feet from morning until late at night. There is always something to clean or someone to talk to. We don't have a big team, just enough people to keep the wheels turning. It is a noisy, lively place to be, and we are just glad to have a spot in this busy part of the city.
