We have been working out of our office on the first floor over here in Nyanappanahalli for quite a while now. It is on the 2nd Main, right near the Begur Post area. People usually just call us Joi Vitt Builders. We handle various building jobs and some consulting work on the side. It is a small operation mostly. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, but once you are in, it is just us doing the paperwork and planning out the projects. We spend a lot of time on site too. Managing a construction project involves a lot of back and forth with different people. Sometimes things get really busy, especially when several jobs land at the same time. We try to keep things moving as steadily as we can. Living and working around Begur means we see a lot of the same faces every day. It is not a fancy setup, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints lying around. Most of our days are spent checking on materials or talking to the crew. We focus on getting the work done without too much fuss. It is hard work, but that is just how it goes in this industry. The neighborhood around here has changed a lot since we started, but we just stay focused on the tasks we have on the table. It is a small operation, but it keeps us busy enough.
