We are tucked away on the 4th floor of the Milestone Lakefront Apartments in C Block, which is right in Bangalore South. Most people just know us as Jmvr House Of Momo. It gets pretty busy around here, especially when the weather cools down and everyone starts thinking about a hot plate of food. We spend a lot of our time just getting the dough right and making sure the fillings are chopped up properly. It’s not a fancy setup by any means. We’ve got our pots and steamers going all day long. Living and working in Bangalore means you deal with the traffic and the noise, but up here on the fourth floor, it’s a bit quieter. You can see the neighborhood from the windows while we work. The 560078 zip code is a big area, but this corner feels like home to us. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People usually find us because they live nearby or they hear someone talking about the momos. It is just a simple business run by real people who like to cook. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it’s a bit of a mess when the supplies arrive late or the rain starts pouring down. That’s just how it goes in this city. We've been at this address for a while now and we know the delivery guys and the neighbors pretty well. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
