JLR CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located over in Yelahanka, specifically in the Ramanashree California area of Puttenahally. We are at C-33/A and B. It is a good spot in the northern part of Bangalore, away from the worst of the city center noise and traffic. JLR Constructions is basically a team of people who have been in the building trade for a lot of years. We do various types of construction work around this side of the city. It is not glamorous work, but it is important for the community. We spend most of our time at the actual sites, so if you ever come by the office and it is empty, we are probably out checking on a foundation or talking to a contractor about supplies. We try to keep our operations very straightforward. There are no slick salesmen working here, just guys who know how to read a plan and get it built properly. We deal with all the usual headaches like permits, material costs going up every week, and finding reliable help. It is a bit of a juggle sometimes, honestly. We do not have a big marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just us telling it like it is. We appreciate the work we get and try to treat every single project the same, whether it is a small renovation or a bigger building. Yelahanka has changed a lot since we started, and we have seen many new buildings go up. We are just glad to be one of the names involved.
