Jishma Apparels Private Limited

Jishma Apparels is based at No. 36 and 37 on 5th Cross in Parvathi Nagara. If you know Laggere Main Road, we’re just off that. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, lots of houses and small shops around. Our building is a bit older, but it serves its purpose for making clothes. We don’t have fancy signs or a big lobby. When you walk in, you’ll mostly see stacks of fabric and people working at their stations. It’s a bit crowded, especially when we have a lot of materials coming in. We try to keep things organized, but in a small space, it’s always a challenge. The lights are usually on late because there is always something left to finish. We do everything from the initial cutting to the final check before things are packed. It’s not glamorous work. Our hands get tired and the noise from the road outside is constant. But we’ve been here for a while and we know the rhythm of the place. We have a few neighbors who also do similar work, so there’s a bit of a local feel to the street. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. There’s no big corporate strategy here, just a daily checklist and a lot of sewing. It’s a honest way to earn a living in the city and it keeps us all busy enough to not worry about much else besides the next batch.
