Jiban Rekha Vrddhi Foundation

Jiban Rekha Vrddhi Foundation is located at Meenakshi Residency, T-20, which is at 41/1 on the 2nd Main Road. This is the Arekere Road area, just off the main Bannerghatta Road in Bengaluru. Being in a residency means our space feels more like a home than a typical office. We’ve got some desks pushed against the walls and shelves full of folders that seem to multiply every month. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we have a system that makes sense to us. The commute can be a bit of a struggle because Bannerghatta Road is always packed with buses and cars, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a big team of people. It’s mostly just us handling everything from answering emails to filing tax papers. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We might have the radio on in the background or be chatting about what happened over the weekend while we work. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at what needs finishing and we do it. It’s a practical way to run things. Sometimes the apartment association has rules we have to follow, so we keep things quiet and don't have too many visitors at once. It’s a decent place to work and we’re happy to be here.
