Our office is located in Flat No. B 205 at the Richmond Lake View Apartments. We are right by the Ramakrishnapura Gate in Chandapura, which is part of Anekal in Bangalore. It’s a bit unusual to run an infrastructure business from an apartment, but it works for us. Jaypal Infrastructure Private Limited is a small operation, and we find this setup more comfortable than a cold office building. We have a view of the surrounding area from B 205, which is a nice change of pace from looking at a wall. Chandapura is growing fast, but it still has a bit of a slower feel compared to the center of Bangalore. We spend a lot of our time on our laptops or on the phone, coordinating different parts of our projects. There isn't a lot of ceremony here. We just sit around the dining table that we’ve turned into a workspace and talk about what needs to happen next. As Jaypal Infrastructure Private Limited, we keep things very low-key. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know the way to Richmond Lake View Apartments. It’s a quiet place to get things done without too many distractions. We’re just regular folks trying to make a go of it. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on schedules. We like the independence of working from this flat.
