Our location is right on the Outer Ring Road in Marathalli, at No 93/6. We are situated next to Aishwarya Apartment, which is a pretty good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. Being on the ring road means there is constant traffic and noise, but it also makes us very accessible for everyone. At Jaymr Dwellings Private Limited, our day-to-day involves a lot of coordination. We deal with dwelling projects, so there is always a lot of talk about materials, labor, and timelines. The office is often a bit messy with samples of tiles or bits of hardware sitting on the tables. We don’t mind it; it shows we are actually working. There are only a few of us here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be filing papers, and the next you are out checking on a construction site. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s satisfying to see things get built. We have a small pantry where we make tea and coffee for ourselves and guests. That’s usually where most of the important decisions get made over a quick break. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy here. If something needs to be done, someone just does it. It’s a very hands-on approach to the business, and that’s how we like to keep things running every day without any fuss.
