It’s a pretty lively area with a lot of new houses and shops going up. We handle engineering and construction work for folks around here. It’s a local business, and we’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while now. Our day usually starts early with a lot of phone calls to vendors and checking on our workers. Construction is a messy business, and there are always surprises, like the weather or a machine breaking down. We don't try to sugarcoat things. If a project is going to take another week, we just say so. People seem to appreciate that honesty. We aren't some big firm with a glass office. Our place is simple, with just enough room for our desks and a place to keep our plans. We focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the structures are solid.
