Jakkam Infrastructures Private Limited is located over in JP Nagar, specifically at Vasanthalakshmi Towers on the 2nd floor. If you know the Sarakki Maingate area on Kanakapura Road, you’ve probably passed our building. We’re in the first phase of the layout. It’s a pretty active part of Bangalore, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle different types of infrastructure projects from this office. It’s not a flashy place, just a workspace where we sit down and figure out the logistics of our construction jobs. Sometimes the elevator in the tower is a bit slow, but we make it work. We’ve been at No. 20/7 for some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. People around here know us as the team that just gets on with things. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing because the work usually keeps us busy enough. Whether it’s looking at blueprints or checking on material orders, there is always a list of things to do. We prefer talking to people face-to-face when they come by the office. It feels more real that way. Being based in 1st Phase JP Nagar is convenient for reaching various sites across the city, even if the Kanakapura Road traffic is a challenge. We are just a local team trying to do a solid job on every project we take on.
