JAKE CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Jake Constructions LLP is tucked away in the BTM 1st Stage area. We are over at Deanne Cottage, which is No: 55 on the 13th Cross. It’s right near 20th A Main. If you know Venkateshwara Layout, you probably know where we are located. We’ve been here in Bangalore for some time now. Work keeps us pretty busy most weeks. It’s not always easy running a construction business, but we manage it okay. Most of the time, we are out on various sites, but the office on 13th Cross is where the planning happens. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but we like it. The 560068 zip code is our home base. We deal with regular construction work, nothing too complicated. Sometimes the traffic makes getting to the sites a real pain, but that’s just Bangalore for you. We keep a small crew and just try to get things done right. You won't find us making big promises we can't keep. We just look at the drawings, get the materials, and start building. It’s simple, honest work. The cottage serves us well enough as an office. We don't need a high-rise building to do our jobs. Just a desk, some phones, and a place to keep the tools. That’s us. We just show up every morning and see what needs to be finished. It is a lot of hard work but it pays the bills.
