We are based in the Arihant Plaza building on A M Lane. Our office is on the first floor at No. 1, though some of the older records still say No. 96. It’s right in a very busy part of Bengaluru where there’s always a lot of activity in the narrow streets. We run Jainam Chit Funds from this spot. It’s a functional space without any of the fancy stuff you might see in a big bank. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of cabinets for all our paperwork. Most of our day is spent dealing with people who come in to pay their monthly installments or check on their chit groups. The lane outside is usually crowded with vendors and shoppers, but once you get up to the first floor, it’s a bit calmer. We’ve been here for a while, so we know most of the regular faces in the plaza. We don't use any complicated business language. We just make sure the auctions are held on time and that the math in our ledgers is correct. It’s about being reliable and showing up every day.
