Our office is in D 403 at Concorde Midway City, on the Basapura village road down in Electronic City. It’s a bit of a contrast being an agro solutions company in the middle of a tech hub, but Jaiham Agro Solutions fits right in. We spend our time figuring out better ways for farmers to manage their crops. Even though we are in a modern building, our roots are definitely in the dirt. Most of us come from farming backgrounds, so we know the actual struggles. We don't have a glossy brochure or a scripted pitch. We just talk to people like regular humans. The traffic around Electronic City is always a headache, but once you get into the office, it’s all about the work. We handle various agricultural tools and advice. Sometimes we are out in the field and the office stays quiet, other days it's a madhouse of planning. We like being in Basapura because it feels a bit more grounded than the main tech parks. We're just a group of friends and colleagues trying to make farming a little more efficient. We've had our ups and downs like any business, but we keep showing up. It’s about solving one problem at a time for the people who actually grow our food. The coffee in the breakroom is usually cold and the printer jams once a week, but the actual work we do is what matters to us.
