We sit on the 4th floor of Salarpuria Windsor at No. 3 Ulsoor Road. It's a nice building in a busy part of Bangalore. Jaganmayi Builders And Developers Private Limited is based here. We do a lot of work related to property development and building houses. The office can get pretty loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but that’s just how it is in this business. We spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to make things fit. It isn't always easy, and we run into plenty of hurdles with permits and weather. We aren't a massive corporation, just a dedicated group of people trying to make a living in the real estate world. We try to be straightforward with everyone we work with. Most of our days are spent checking on progress at different sites or meeting with architects to go over changes. It’s a lot of legwork. Ulsoor Road is a good central spot for us because we can get to different parts of the city relatively quickly, depending on the traffic. We’ve been doing this for some time now and we’ve learned a lot about how things work in this town. We don't have any secret formula; we just put in the hours and try to keep our projects on track.
