Iv3 Constructions And Developer Private operates out of the Sri Hari Complex in Nelamangala. We are located right opposite the Srinivasa Choultry on Adepete Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of movement, which fits our pace. We’ve been involved in developing plots and building structures around this side of Bangalore for a good number of years. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us who know the local land and the people around here. We don't have a fancy corporate vibe. Our office is a working space where we handle all the boring paperwork that comes with construction and land development. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with rolls of plans and site photos everywhere. Being out in Nelamangala means we see the city expanding firsthand. We deal with all the usual headaches of the trade, like rain delays and getting the right permits, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We don't spend money on advertising because most people find us through a friend or by just walking into the complex. We try to keep things straightforward and don't make promises we can't keep. It’s just us, working hard in our corner of the town to build things that people actually use. We keep the doors open and just take it one project at a time without any big fuss or complicated talk.
