Ista Mediacom Private Limited operates out of Basaveshwara Nagar at a place called B13, Devina. It is part of the K P T Srishti complex within Mani Villas Garden. It is actually a nice little area to be in, and it feels a bit more like a neighborhood than some of the loud commercial hubs in other parts of Bangalore. We have been set up here for a while now. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small, manageable space where we focus on our media communications work. The garden surroundings make it a bit more peaceful than being right on a main highway or a junction. We like the general vibe of Mani Villas Garden. Our office setup is pretty straightforward. You will not find any high-tech gadgets in a lobby or anything like that because we do not have one. We just have our desks and the tools we need for the day. Sometimes it is hard to give directions because there are a few buildings that look similar in this complex, but once you find Devina, you are in the right place. We are just regular people working here. Most of us have a short commute, which makes the day a bit easier. We do not talk much about big goals; we just focus on the tasks right in front of us. It is a practical way to run a business.
