We're located at Vaishnavi Splender, which is over in RMV 2nd Stage. Specifically, we're in A Block, number 103. If you know the 80 ft road area, we are just off 6th cross. It’s a pretty good area for a construction company to be based. Bangalore is getting crowded, but this part of RMV still feels a bit more open than others. We spend most of our mornings checking on things and the afternoons are usually for paperwork. Dealing with constructions means a lot of coordination between different people. We aren't a big corporate office with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us here in Bangalore. We’ve been at this address for some time now. The office is usually quiet unless we have some site supervisors coming in to report. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's just the sound of the traffic outside on the 80 ft road. We like being near the 6th cross because there are some decent spots to grab lunch nearby. It helps when we have long days of looking at blueprints. We don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. Just some chairs and our desks. We focus on the work itself rather than making the office look like a showroom. It works for us and our clients seem to appreciate the directness. We just get on with it, day by day, making sure the job gets finished.
