ISHTAKA BUILD METRIX PRIVATE LIMITED is located over at Ambika Corner, right on the Outer Ring Road in Kasthuri Nagar. We are up on the second floor, room 3M 219. The traffic outside can get pretty loud during the day, but you get used to it after a while. We do building materials and some related work from this office. It’s a decent space for us to keep our records and meet with suppliers. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit. It’s just how things go. We’ve been in Bangalore for some time now and seen how the city keeps growing. There is always a need for construction stuff around here. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking lists of materials. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We try to keep our head down and just do the work that comes our way. Our team is small, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to be reliable. Being near the Ring Road makes it easy for us to get to different parts of the city when we need to visit sites. That’s about it for us at Ishtaka. Just a regular business trying to stay organized and get things done in Kasthuri Nagar. We've been at this 3M 219 spot for a long time.
