You can find Ishidyuthi Chit Funds Private Limited over in Wilson Garden, Bangalore. We are at No-71 on 5th Main, right near the corner of 7th Cross. It’s an older part of the city, which we like. The building is a regular house that has been converted into an office space. It doesn't look like a big corporate bank or anything. We have a few rooms where we keep the records and a small area where we meet with the members. Most of our day is spent writing in registers and checking the bank statements. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing on details. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet, so we put the radio on low in the background. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee in the mornings. The street outside has some nice shops, so there is always someone walking by. We don't do much advertising; people usually hear about us from their neighbors or friends in the area. We’ve got a routine that we follow every day. We open up early to beat the Bangalore traffic and we stay until the sun goes down. It’s a steady job and we like the people we meet. It feels like we are just part of the neighborhood here in Wilson Garden. We don't really have fancy titles, we just all pitch in to get the work done.
