Isaip Technologies Llp is based in Subhash Nagar, specifically in the GR Shreenivas Apartments. We are in unit 709. It’s located on Manipal County Road in the Begur area of Bangalore. Being on the seventh floor gives us a pretty decent view of the surroundings, especially when it rains. The apartment complex is quite large, so we often see our neighbors in the corridors or by the elevators. It’s a bit of a residential vibe, which suits us just fine. We don’t have a big corporate lobby. You just come up to the seventh floor and ring the bell. Inside, it’s a regular apartment that we’ve set up with our computers and some basic office furniture. Begur has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings coming up. Manipal County Road can get pretty crowded with commuters, but once you’re inside the gates of the apartments, it’s relatively quiet. We usually have the radio on in the background while we work. We don't have a cafeteria, so we usually make tea in the small kitchen ourselves. It’s a simple way to run things. Sometimes the visitors find it hard to navigate the different blocks of Shreenivas Apts, so we always tell them to look for the number 709. It’s a functional space where we handle our daily business without any unnecessary fuss. We've got our routine down and this location works well for the team.
