Our office sits on Nagappa Street in the P.G. Halli area of Malleswaram. It’s a quiet spot on 4th Cross, which is a nice change from the busier parts of the city. Iro Developers Llp has been operating from No. 33 for some time now. Malleswaram is an old neighborhood, and we like the history here. We aren’t a giant firm with a glass office building. It’s just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with people. We spend our days dealing with the ins and outs of local property development. Sometimes that means sitting in government offices for hours, and other times it means being out in the sun at a project site. The work can be a bit repetitive, but we don't mind. We check the blueprints, talk to the masons, and make sure the materials arrive when they should. Our team is small, so we all know what's happening with every project. We don't use much fancy technology; we still prefer paper maps and handwritten notes for a lot of things. If you walk by No. 33, you might see us out front talking to a contractor or a neighbor. We aren't trying to be the biggest developers in Bangalore. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
