You can find us on the first floor of No.494/102, right on East End Main Road in Jayanagar 9th Block. Being in Bangalore, especially in a busy spot like Jayanagar, means there is always something going on outside our window. Invizy Buildtech Private Limited is what we call ourselves, but mostly we are just a group of people who know their way around a construction site. We focus on the technical side of building, so there are always a lot of gadgets and laptops open in the office. It’s not very tidy, with samples of materials and sketches scattered across the tables. We spend our mornings coordinating with the crews and our afternoons usually involve at least one trip out to a site to see how the actual building is coming along. The stairs up to our office are a bit narrow, and it can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; if the door is open, you just walk in. Dealing with the "tech" part of buildtech means we’re often looking at ways to make the structures more solid or efficient, but without all the corporate buzzwords. It’s just practical application of what we know. Jayanagar is a good place to be based, even with the parking being a nightmare most days. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
