Invictus Properties Private Limited

Our office for Invictus Properties Private Limited is on the 6th floor of Manish Towers. If you know J C Road in Bangalore, you know how the traffic is. It is always loud with horns and people rushing around. Getting into the building at 84/53 can be a bit of a squeeze during the morning hours. The elevator in Manish Towers is one of those older ones that feels a bit slow when you are in a hurry. Once you get up to the 6th floor, things are a lot quieter though. We handle a lot of different property matters from this room. There are usually files stacked up on the side tables because there is always something to look over. We have a few staff members who have been here for years. We aren't really into the high-pressure sales stuff you see in movies. It is more about sitting down with a client and looking at what is actually available in the city. Bangalore is growing so fast that it is hard to keep track of every new building, but we try our best. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, which happens a lot here. We just wait it out and get back to work. It is a decent place to work from, right in the middle of the city noise. We mostly deal with the day-to-day grind of property management and paperwork.
