We run things out of Flat No 503 in Block 6 of the Sun City Apartments. It’s a residential area in Bangalore, which makes for a pretty grounded workplace. We don't have a storefront or a big office block. Instead, we work from this apartment setup. It feels a bit more like home that way. We spend our days coordinating everything for the school. There is a lot of coordination involved with teachers and students, even if we aren't all in the same room. We have our laptops and our desks squeezed into the space. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we wait like everyone else. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra fluff. We’ve been in Sun City for a while now. The neighborhood is okay, and we get our work done without much fuss. We aren't interested in sounding like a giant institution. We are just a small team trying to make this school project work. Usually, there’s a lot of typing and occasional meetings around the dining table. It’s how we’ve always done it. Bangalore is full of people starting things up in apartments, so we fit right in. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. It’s honest work and we like the independence of it. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, but we just ignore the noise. It’s just a normal day at the office for us here.
