Interview Kickstart Llp

Interview Kickstart Llp is based at A-403 in the Shri Ram Shrishti Apartments. We are on Sumangali Seva Ashram Road in the Anand Nagar area of Bangalore. Since we are in an apartment building, it’s a very residential vibe here. You have to go through the main gate and past the security guards to get up to us. It’s quiet inside the complex, which is a nice break from the constant noise of the main Bangalore roads. We use the apartment space for our work on interview coaching. It’s mostly desks and computers in what used to be a regular living room. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that does anything special. We just use a regular electric kettle for our tea. The commute for some of us is a bit long depending on the traffic, but Anand Nagar is a decent area to work in. We have a lot of books and papers related to interview prep lying around the place. It looks like a busy office because it really is. We spend most of our time on calls or going through resumes with people. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside in the common area, and you can hear them, but it doesn't bother us much. We aren't some giant tech firm; we are just a small team working out of a flat. It’s simple and it works for what we need.
