Insphere Ideas Private Limited

We are located on the ground floor, Flat G-2, in NN Homes out in Keregudadahalli. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here to Chikkabanavara, away from the main rush of Bangalore, but we like the quiet. Insphere Ideas is a small company, and honestly, we spend a lot of our time just brainstorming and trying out different things to see what sticks. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs that we probably should have replaced last year, and a lot of whiteboards filled with scribbles. Since we are on the ground floor, we see people walking by all the time, which can be a bit distracting but it also makes us feel connected to the neighborhood. We don’t have any fancy awards on the walls or anything like that. We just have our work. We try to be very straightforward with anyone who walks through the door. If we can help with an idea, we will, and if we can't, we’ll tell you that too. We aren't interested in making things sound more complicated than they are. We just enjoy the process of solving problems and figuring out how things work. It’s a modest setup but it suits us just fine. We usually finish up around six and head home before it gets too dark, though sometimes we stay late if a project is going well or if someone brings in a really good snack to share.
