Our office is located at No. 31 on 1st Cross, right on Dr. TCM Royan Road. We’re in the Velumurga Puram area of Bangalore. It’s a busy spot, and we’ve been operating from here for a good while. We handle infrastructure projects, which basically means we spend our time dealing with concrete, steel, and a lot of paperwork. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. The office is usually cluttered with drawings and stacks of files. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us on the phone or looking over a schedule. We work with a variety of people across the city. Some days are spent arguing with suppliers and other days we’re just watching the weather and hoping the rain holds off so we can pour some cement. We don't really have a corporate ladder here; it’s just a bunch of us working together to make sure the jobs get finished. It’s noisy and dusty work sometimes, but we’re used to it by now. Being in this part of Bangalore means we’re right in the middle of everything, which helps when we need to get to different sites quickly. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s been a long journey for us since we first started, but we just take things one day at a time.
