Our office for Inovexic Business Communities Initiatives Services Private Limited is tucked away at No.2, 1st B Cross in Bhoopasandra. We are part of the RMV 2nd Stage area in Bangalore, which is a nice part of town to be in. The name of the company is a bit long, so we usually just say Inovexic when we are talking among ourselves. It is a plain building without any big signs or flashing lights. We have been here for a while, and the neighbors on the street know us by sight now. Inside, it is just a bunch of tables and computers where we spend our hours. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. Most days you will find us in casual clothes just trying to get through the to-do list. The walk to the main road isn't too far if we need to catch a bus or grab some lunch. There is a small park nearby where some of us go to sit for a few minutes if the office gets too stuffy. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a steady one that stays busy. We handle our daily chores and keep the place running as best as we can. It is a quiet existence most of the time, and we prefer it that way. Everyone here knows their job and just gets on with it without much fuss. We really just value getting things done.
