The office is basically a residential house that we use for Infyzer Pharmaceutical. It has a very local feel to it, being tucked away in a neighborhood like this. The pin code is 560085. Working from a house means it is not like those big glass offices you see in the city center. We have different rooms for different tasks, and the kitchen usually serves as our break room where we have our tea. The street outside is usually quiet, except for the occasional street vendor or neighbor walking by. We spend most of our hours dealing with the logistics of the pharmaceutical business, which involves a lot of tracking and record-keeping. The space is a bit tight sometimes when we get new shipments in, but we manage to find a spot for everything. We are just a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filling out forms. It is a very hands-on way to run a company. We like being in this part of Bangalore because it is less chaotic than the main business districts. It feels like a real community here, and we have gotten to know the people on our street pretty well over the months we have been here doing our work.
