Our office is at number 7, though some people still use the old number 117. It’s a nice enough spot, though parking can be a bit of a headache during the day. We spend our time here designing things and then figuring out how to actually build them. It’s a mix of drawing and then going out to see if the real world matches what we put on paper. Sometimes it doesn’t, and then we have to fix it. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of rolled-up drawings sitting in the corners. It’s not a corporate showroom or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Most of us have been in the building trade for years, so we’ve seen a lot of things go right and a few things go wrong. We try to learn from all of it. Indira Nagar is changing so fast, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't have any fancy speeches about what we do. We just show up, look at the plans, and get to work. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on site supervisors. That is pretty much our daily life here.
