We have been located at No.44 in Madeena Nagaram M Palya for quite a while now. It is a busy little spot, but we really like the energy here. Indo Taste Foods Private Limited got its start because we wanted to work with food in a way that felt right for our own neighborhood. It is not some fancy or high-tech setup, just a few of us working every day to get things done. Most of our hours are spent back in the kitchen or checking on the inventory in the small warehouse space. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, or the delivery trucks get stuck in that heavy traffic near M Palya, but that is just how it goes in this business. We know many of the people around here by face if not by their actual names. It takes a lot of effort to keep up with all the orders and make sure everything is handled properly before it goes out the door. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It is just a small group of people trying to make a living and keep our quality where it should be. Most of our days are pretty long. We start early in the morning when the streets are still quiet and usually finish up well after the sun has gone down. There is always something that needs fixing or a shelf that needs restocking. We just try to keep things simple. Dealing with suppliers can be a real headache sometimes, but we manage.
