Indicasa Proptech is tucked away on Leonard Lane in Richmond Town. We are on the first floor of the Commercial Tower at No. 8B. It’s a bit quieter on this lane than it is on the main roads nearby, which is nice when we need to concentrate. Our work involves a mix of property and technology, so there are always a lot of screens and cables around the office. We aren't a huge operation, just a small team trying to make property data a bit easier to handle. Richmond Town is a good spot for us because it’s central but still feels like an old neighborhood. We spend our hours looking at property trends and trying to get our software to behave. It isn't always smooth sailing. Sometimes the data is messy or a client has a very specific problem we haven't seen before. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; you just walk in and one of us will look up from a laptop. We have a lot of coffee and sometimes we forget to take lunch breaks when we're busy. The office furniture is pretty basic because we care more about the work we’re doing on our computers. It’s a practical environment. We just want to get the job done and make sure the property information we provide is as accurate as possible for the people who need it.
