If you look for A-101 in the Amrapali Awadh Apartment complex, you’ll find us. We’re right there at 238 Faizabad Road, not far from the HAL building in Indiranagar. Impactpoint Developers Private Limited operates out of this apartment. It’s a bit different than a standard office block, but it works for what we do. Being near HAL means it’s a landmark everyone knows, which helps when people are trying to find the place. The apartment stays fairly cool during the day. We’ve set up our workstations in the main rooms. There’s a lot of coordination involved in development, so the phones are usually ringing. We handle everything from here—talking to contractors, checking on permits, and managing the accounts. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. We aren't really into the high-pressure sales stuff. We prefer to just show what’s happening at the sites and give people the facts. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving. Our focus is really just on the projects we have going on right now. We keep a list of tasks on a big whiteboard that usually has some scribbles from the kids of staff members who stop by after school. It’s a real, working environment. We just try to get the jobs done and go home without too much extra stress at the end of the day.
