We are located in Jayanagar 4th T Block, over on 32nd E Cross. It's a nice part of town, lots of trees and old houses. Our office is at No. 343/34 on the second cross. Ima Builders and Developers is a small setup. We don't have hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us and some regular crews we hire for the heavy lifting. We spend our time looking at plots and figuring out how to make the most of the space. Jayanagar is changing fast, and we are part of that, I guess. We aren't the type to wear suits to work. Usually, it's just jeans and a shirt that’s probably got a bit of site dust on it. We don't make big promises we can't keep. If a project is going to take six months, we say it'll take six months. Sometimes people want things done faster, but quality doesn't work like that. We handle the paperwork, the laborers, and the materials. It's a lot of phone calls and standing around in the sun. We’ve been at this address for a while now. People in the area know where to find us if they have a piece of land they want to develop. We just keep it simple and focus on the work at hand. It's not flashy, but it's what we do for a living and it keeps us busy enough.
