Ilbeit Lifestyle Private Limited is located over at Salarpuria Greenage on Hosur Road. We’re in the Oak B block, unit 1102, right in Bommanahalli. It’s a big complex, so it took us a while to get settled in. Since we are in Bangalore, the traffic on Hosur Road is something we deal with every single day. It can be a real crawl getting to the building sometimes. We use our space here to manage the lifestyle brand. It's a mix of office work and keeping track of our inventory. Most of the day is spent on the computer or on the phone with various vendors. We aren't a massive corporation, just a small team trying to grow something here in Karnataka. The view from the 11th floor is actually pretty good when the sky is clear. We started this because we wanted to bring some new ideas to the market. It’s been tough work, but we're sticking with it. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in. It’s just the nature of the business. We try to keep a relaxed vibe in the office. No suits or ties here, just regular clothes and hard work. Being based in a residential and commercial area like Bommanahalli makes things interesting. There’s always something going on downstairs. We've got our routine and we just keep pushing forward. It's an honest living for all of us here.
