Ikya Homes India Private Limited has its office in Varthur, specifically on Balagere Road. We are located inside the RJR Patel Residency at number 111. It is a busy area of Bangalore these days, especially with all the new people moving into the 560087 zip code. Our space is right in the middle of a residential community, which makes sense since we work on homes. It is a pretty straightforward office. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of papers scattered around. It is not a polished corporate environment by any means. It’s a place where we actually do the work. You might hear the sounds of the neighborhood while we are in meetings, like kids playing or cars passing by on Balagere Road. We have been here for a while and have seen the area change from empty fields to a bustling hub. Our team is small and we all pitch in on whatever needs doing. We don’t have a fancy receptionist or a lobby with a TV. We just have our workspace and our commitment to getting things finished. It’s a very local way of doing things.
