IKYA CONCRETE WORKS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are Ikya Concrete Works, and our place is at 31, 2nd Main, on the 7th Cross in Rangappa Layout. That’s in the Banashankari 3rd Stage area of Bangalore. We’ve been working with concrete for quite some time. It’s heavy work, but it’s what we know. Our office in the layout is where we handle all the orders and scheduling. It’s a practical space, filled with samples and clipboards. There isn't much room for anything else. We aren't the kind of company that puts out a lot of advertisements. Most people find us because they need concrete work done and we’re right here in the neighborhood. Banashankari is a large area, and being in the 3rd Stage gives us enough room to operate. We spend our days coordinating trucks and making sure the mixes are right for whatever job we’re on. It's not glamorous work. You end up with dusty boots and tired hands at the end of the day. But there's a satisfaction in seeing a job finished. We have a small crew that has been with us for a long time. We don't bother with complicated management styles. We just tell everyone what needs doing and we get to work. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We like the local feel of Rangappa Layout and plan to stay here for the foreseeable future. We've known some of the local builders for ages and they know they can just drop by. That’s basically how we operate, keeping things simple and local every day.
