IESH CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is located right on No. 7, 1st Main Road over in the 1st Phase of Gokula Extension. It is a pretty steady neighborhood, and we have been in this part of Bangalore for a while now. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a practical space where we handle all the construction planning and site coordination. We usually have people coming and going all day since there is always something happening on one of the sites. Gokula is a nice area to be based in because it feels like a real community compared to some of the newer parts of the city. Most of our work involves staying on top of material orders and making sure the crews have what they need to keep moving. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic on the main road, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We don’t really spend money on big advertisements or fancy brochures because we mostly get our work through people who already know us. The 560054 area has its own rhythm and we are just part of that daily flow. Our staff usually grabs lunch at the small spots nearby, and we try to keep things simple. Dealing with construction in a city like Bangalore means there is always a new challenge, whether it is the weather or just getting supplies delivered on time. It is a lot of work but we enjoy it.
