IDIKA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED

IDIKA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of an apartment building called Sabarmati Enclave. We are in Flat No. 402, which is on the 4th floor. It’s located on 4th Main in the NRI Layout area. Working from an apartment means it’s pretty relaxed here, though we keep busy. RM Nagar is a busy part of town, especially down Kelkere Road. Getting here in the morning can be a bit of a crawl through traffic, but once you’re inside the enclave, it gets a lot quieter. We have a small team. We usually sit in the main living area that we turned into an office. There’s a kitchen where we keep the kettle and some snacks. The balcony looks out over the neighborhood, and you can see a lot of rooftops from up here. Most of our work involves managing different project schedules and talking to vendors on the phone. We use the dining table for big meetings when we have to spread out blueprints. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going full blast. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost finding the right block, but they eventually make it. It’s a practical space for what we do. We don’t have a big lobby or anything like that. It’s just us working in the room, keeping things organized and making sure the paperwork for the 560016 area projects is all in order.
