Iconica Developers Private Limited is located over in HRBR Layout, right at 2nd Block in Kalyan Nagar. We are pretty close to the Outer Ring Road at No Ac-510. If you have ever driven on the Ring Road, you know it is a mess of cars and dust most of the time. Our office is a bit tucked away from all that main road chaos, which is nice. We spend most of our mornings drinking coffee and going through the latest updates on our development projects. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One person might be talking to a contractor while another is trying to fix the printer. We don't have any big corporate slogans on the walls. It is just a workspace with some desks and a lot of blueprints lying around. Kalyan Nagar has changed so much lately with all the new cafes and shops, but we just stay focused on our side of things. Sometimes clients drop by without calling first, and we just pull up an extra chair. It gets busy during the month-end when all the reports are due. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the files get a bit messy. It is just real people working in a real office. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. Just a local developer office trying to get the jobs done.
