Hygenic Constructions (Opc) Private Limited

Hygenic Constructions is an OPC company, which basically means it is a one-person operation. Our office is located in a flat on the 4th floor of the Elegant Supreme building. We are at No 138/2 on Horamavu Main Road. It is a busy stretch of Banaswadi where there is always something being built. Being up on the fourth floor gives a bit of a view, but mostly it is just a quiet place to get the paperwork done. Running a construction business from a flat might seem a bit different, but it works for us. It keeps the costs down and lets us focus on the projects. Banaswadi is a great area because it is so well connected. Most of the day is spent on the phone or driving out to different sites to check on the progress. We do not have a big team or a lobby. It is just a dedicated space at Flat No 304 where the planning happens. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow sometimes, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It is a simple way of working. We handle the building side of things with a lot of personal attention because it is a small setup. There is no corporate ladder here. It is just about getting the masonry and the plumbing right for the people we work for. It is a honest, small-scale business in a growing part of Bangalore.
