We are based on the ground floor of No. 192/1 on 7th Main. It’s in the 6th Phase of Mahaganapatinagara, which is near the West of Chord Road area. HRM Infra Developers Private Limited has its roots right here in this part of town. We’ve seen this neighborhood grow and change quite a bit over the last few years. We mostly handle development work around this specific part of Bangalore. It involves a lot of logistics and managing various different crews at the same time. Our office is pretty simple—just some desks, a couple of chairs, and a whole lot of paperwork. We don't see the point in having a flashy front because most of our actual work happens outside on the dirt anyway. We deal with the usual city stuff like crazy traffic and the constant delays in getting materials delivered on time. It’s just part of the job we do. Some days we are really busy and other days we are just sitting around waiting for a permit to come through. We don't use any corporate slogans or big fancy words. We’re just local people who know how to build things properly. We’ve been at this spot for some time now and most of our neighbors know who we are. We just try to get things built without causing too much fuss for everyone. If you come by the 1st Stage of WOR, you’ll probably see our signs. We aren't trying to be some global giant. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on.
