Our office is over in Anchepalya, right behind the Jindal area. We are on the second floor of a building called Sri Guru Krupa. It’s at #75 on the 4th Cross. Being in this part of Bengaluru means we see a lot of the industrial side of things. We deal with HR stuff, which mostly means helping with hiring and managing people for different companies. It is a lot of talking to people and checking resumes. Sometimes it is hard to find the right person for a job, but we spend our time trying to make those connections. The office is pretty quiet most days, unless we have a lot of interviews going on. We chose this spot because it is close to where a lot of the work is happening. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular room with some chairs and desks. We have been doing this for a bit now and we have seen how much the neighborhood has changed. Working in HR can be a bit repetitive, but it is what we know. We just try to help people find work and help companies fill their spots. It is practical work. No big secrets to it, just staying on top of the emails and making sure the paperwork is in order. If you are around 4th Cross, that is where you will find us.
