We are located at NO. L, 371 in Bangalore South. It’s a residential part of the city, which makes sense because Housejoy Realty deals with homes and local property issues every day. The office isn't very large, and it’s usually filled with the sound of someone on the phone or the printer running. We spend a lot of time coordinating between owners and people looking for a place to stay. It involves a lot of key management and checking on repairs. South Bangalore has its own pace, and we’ve grown used to the way things work around here. We don't use fancy marketing talk because the work is mostly about practical things like leaks, rental agreements, and taxes. Some days are just spent driving from one street to another to check on a building. It gets dusty and the traffic is often a mess, but that’s just part of the routine. We have a few desks and a small area for meetings, but most of the real work happens outside. We try to keep track of everything on our computers, but there are always paper files everywhere. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We just try to be honest about what a property looks like and what the costs are going to be for anyone involved. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just keeping the properties managed.
