You can find House Of Palates Private Limited at House No. 7 on 4th Main Road. We are in the Binny Laout2Nd Stage, which is part of the Attiguppe area in Vijayanagar. It’s a residential-feeling neighborhood, so we try to keep things quiet for the neighbors. We use the house as our main base for everything we do. It’s mostly kitchen space and a small area where we handle the orders. Since we deal with food and different tastes, the kitchen is always running. There’s usually a smell of spices or something baking in the air. We are just a small group of people who enjoy working with food. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It's mostly just us doing the prep, cooking, and cleaning up afterward. The 4th Main Road gets a bit busy during school hours, but otherwise, it's a decent spot. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us. We don't really do big flashy marketing. We just focus on what's on the plate. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have multiple orders at once, but we always figure it out. It’s a lot of long hours on our feet. We just want to make stuff that tastes good and keep the business running from this little house in Vijayanagar. It's a lot of hard work but it's what we know.
