Hopesway Realty India Private Limited is our small firm in Bangalore. We are over at No 1045, Katha No 323 in the AGBG Layout, Chikasandra. 560090 is the area we know best. It’s a part of the city that is really changing fast. Every time we look around, there is a new building going up. Our office isn’t anything fancy. It’s just a regular workspace with some desks and a lot of paperwork. We deal with realty and land transactions. AGBG Layout is a decent place to be based. We spend a lot of time at No 1045, just going through the files. We aren't a big corporate machine. We just have a few people who know the Chikasandra area well. Most of our day is spent on the phone or visiting sites to check boundaries. We don't do much in the way of advertising. People usually find us through friends or by just seeing our office. Hopesway is the name we chose, but we are just regular people. We try to be helpful when someone has a question about a piece of land. It’s a lot of local knowledge and keeping track of the paperwork. We like the pace here. It’s busy but not too crazy like the city center. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is just a practical business.
