Our kitchen is located at 70/1 in Global Village, over in the Mylasandra area of Bangalore. Being so close to the big tech park, things are always moving fast around here. We handle a lot of cooking and food preparation, so the place usually smells like spices and fried onions. It’s a busy environment where the stoves are almost always on. We don't have a fancy dining room with soft music; instead, it’s a lot of stainless steel counters, big pots, and the sound of knives hitting cutting boards. The floors can get a bit slippery if we aren't careful, so we are always mopping. We spend our mornings prepping ingredients and the afternoons trying to keep up with the demand. The address is a bit tucked away, but once you find us, you’ll see we are just a hardworking crew in aprons. Our office is just a cluttered desk with a laptop and a bunch of printed recipes held down by a heavy stone. We often have to deal with the typical Bangalore problems like water tankers and traffic jams when we are trying to get supplies. It’s not a glamorous job, and by the end of the shift, we are usually pretty tired and covered in some kind of sauce. We just like making food that people want to eat and keeping our small business running smoothly day after day. It is simple, honest work that keeps us busy.
