You can find us over at No.508 in Maruthi Layout. This is in Vasanthapura, which is part of the Uttarahalli area in Bangalore. Hmb Refreshment Private Limited is basically just a few of us trying to make a go of it. We focus on refreshments, mostly drinks and small snacks that people like. The layout is pretty quiet, which is nice for working. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s just a regular building where we keep our stuff. We spent a lot of time getting the space ready. It was quite a mess when we first moved in. Now it’s alright. We do a lot of our own lifting and moving. There isn't a big crew to do it for us. We find that being in Uttarahalli helps because it’s easy to get to different parts of South Bangalore. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to provide something decent for people to eat or drink. Most mornings we start early to beat the heat. We don't follow a strict corporate schedule. If the work is done, we head home. If there’s more to do, we stay late. It’s a practical way to live. We’ve met a lot of the neighbors now. They see our van coming and going. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do.
