This part of Bangalore is mostly residential, so it’s a bit more peaceful than working in the middle of the city. Our office is a simple place. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations. It’s just where we come to handle the business of our building projects. We have a few desks, some chairs, and shelves full of files and blueprints. Usually, there are only one or two people in the office while the rest of the team is out at different sites making sure things are being built correctly. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a long time and know the streets pretty well. It’s a straightforward way of working for us. We don't have a big corporate structure. If something needs to be done, we just do it. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break and talk to the neighbors or go grab a coffee. We are a small group and we prefer it that way. We don't do any big marketing or have any polished speeches. We just talk to people plainly about their projects and try to get the work finished on time. It’s a lot of everyday tasks that keep us busy from morning until evening. We just keep going one day at a time here.
